The Robin Panzer Art Studio 33 Artbar Giveaway“ (the “Giveaway”) starts 7th Nov, 2013 at 9am GMT and ends 5th Dec, 2013 (the "Giveaway Period").

1) ELIGIBILITY: This Giveaway is offered and open worldwide.

2) HOW TO ENTER: No purchase, entry fee, payment, or proof-of-purchase necessary to participate. You can enter the Giveaway through the Robin Panzer Art Studio 33 application on the Facebook Platform. You can find the application on the “Giveaways” tab on the Robin Panzer Art Studio 33 page on Facebook located at http://www.facebook.com/robinpanzerart.

To enter, you must complete and submit the entry form as instructed to be eligible. As part of the Giveaway entry process, entrants will be required to indicate that they have read, accept, and agree to be bound by these Official Rules. Entrants will be required to complete the registration form with their full name and email address. Entrants will receive one (1) entry for registration and one (1) entry for checking in on the blog page and (1) entry for sharing on Twitter and (1) Entry for sharing on any other social platform (indicated by leaving a comment on the Official Blog contest post at www.artstudio33.blogspot.com/WinanOriginalRobinPanzer )  

Entries generated by script, macro, robotic or by any other automatic or mechanical means are void. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned to entrant. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook.

At the time of entry, Entrants will have the opportunity to opt-in to receive further communications from the Sponsor. 3) PRIZE DRAWINGS AND NOTIFICATIONS. 3 prizes will be awarded in a random drawing on or about 12th Feb, 2014 from all entries received during the Giveaway Period. The drawings will be conducted at random by a member of the Robin Panzer Art Studio 33 marketing team. Potential winners are subject to eligibility verification and compliance with these Official Rules. Sponsor will attempt to notify each potential Prize Winner via email within three (3) days of the prize drawing using the email address provided at time of entry. Each potential Prize Winner will be required to provide mailing address information (e.g. full name, street address, city, state, and postcode) within seven (7) days of notification in order to receive prize delivery. Acceptance of any prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor and its designees to use winners’ names and likenesses for advertising and promotional purposes without compensation unless prohibited by law. Failure to complete and return the documents in the time noted or if prize notification is undeliverable will result in disqualification, even if name appears on the winners list, and an alternate winner will be selected and notified. Upon disqualification, no compensation will be awarded. Odds of winning are subject to the total number of eligible entries received. Limit one Prize per family household or physical mailing address.

Prizes are non-transferable, non-assignable, and not redeemable for cash, in whole or in part. Prizes will be awarded “as is” without any warranties, guarantees or representation of any kind, expressed or implied (including without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose). By accepting a Prize, each winner acknowledges compliance with these Official Rules. Please allow up to 8 weeks for delivery of prize.

5) PRIZE RESTRICTIONS: Prizes are non-transferable and substitution will not be allowed, except as expressly provided in these Official Rules or otherwise at the sole discretion of the Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a Prize with one of equal or greater approximate value or comparable use should the advertised Prize become unavailable for any reason (except as already clarified herein). Any photograph of the Prize in promotional materials is for illustrative purposes only.

6) CONDUCT: This Giveaway is subject to all federal, state and local laws/regulations. By entering this Giveaway, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor and/or the judges that shall be final and binding in all respects. Failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification. Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual suspected of tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Giveaway; or to be acting in any manner deemed by Sponsor to be in violation of the Official Rules; or to be acting in any manner deemed by Sponsor to be disruptive, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person.
